Great opportunity for teens to share with youth around the world

Dear,

Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program alumni,

On behalf of the U.S. Department of State, IIE would like to share with you an opportunity for students aged 10-13 in your area to work with youth around the world on issues they have in common. The State Department has partnered with Global Cities, Inc., a New York-based NGO that has a program to connect younger secondary level students with an online curriculum delivered via Internet-based activities in a shared e-classroom. This is a great opportunity to cultivate a broader world view in students aged 10-13 with a good command of English.

Please read the attached program materials to learn more about this learning opportunity. If you or someone you know has their students participate, would you please let us know? We are quite interested in learning about who participates and their activities.

Thank you,

Susan Gundersen
